Never allowed

• Child sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors, including synthetic or fictional depictions.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual exploitation.
• Graphic gore, credible violent threats, terrorism, or instructions that facilitate serious harm.
• Hate or dehumanizing content targeting a protected group.

Identity, trust, and privacy

• Non-consensual likeness use, deceptive deepfakes, or impersonation of a real person.
• Doxxing, biometric misuse, stolen credentials, forged identity documents, scams, or fraud.
• Misleading election or civic-process content presented as authentic.

Rights and regulated activity

• Material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or publicity rights.
• Instructions or promotion for illegal weapons, dangerous drugs, or other unlawful activity.

How we enforce

We may block a request before submission, rely on provider safety controls when active, review reports, remove content, restrict accounts, and retain limited records for security and compliance. Automated checks can make mistakes; a refusal is not a finding of wrongdoing.
